Seoul Yummy @ The Central

After an exhausted afternoon, my sister asked me out for dinner at

SeoulYummy

I did not have lunch and i was really hungry after we ended the game at Exit Plan. As i was near Chinatown, we decided to meet at The central to have our dinner.

Nice and cosy area

Maple tree is added into the restaurant because there are many maple trees in Korea.

Seoul Yummy was opened in 2008 with three outlets in Bugis+, Square 2 and The Central. They served Korean Raman, Bibimbap, seafood, fried rice and the one which i loved most: Army Stew. The Army Stew is boiled with maggi, slice pork, hotdog, cabbage, rice cake, spicy chicken and kimchi soup.

Currently having promotion for $49.90 for 2 pax

We ordered spicy chicken set. $14.90

It is served with 6 different type of appetizer, 2 bowls of multi-grain rice, 1 side side as well as desserts. With $49.90, you get a complete meal for 2. Isn't it worth the price?

Aww, the heart-shaped marshmallow

All in all we ordered:

  1. Spicy Chicken Slice $14.90
  2. Army Stew with meat $49.90
  3. Kimchi Rice with Pork $13.90
  4. Ice lemon tea $2.90
And my total bill is $96.00 (including GST and service charge).

Overall, the food is good. It is one of the better Korean restaurant i had tasted so far. The kimchi soup for the army stew is well done, neither salty nor oily. The only thing which i felt not satisfying was the smell of the slice pork. But generally, i would go back again for the army stew!
